Cities Development Initiative for Asia (CDIA) is a project preparation facility co-implemented by the Asian Development Bank and the French Development Agency (AFD). It provides technical assistance to support secondary cities in Asia and the Pacific to prepare bankable and sustainable infrastructure investments. It works on all the cycles of an urban project, from early stage formulation to feasibility studies and last mile support to structure the financial transaction.
